MEM-kollektivet hyr ut

Author: I sommar är MEM hos respektive föräldrar, deras kollektiv står således tomt.
M1 har slagit vad med MEMs hyresvärd att hon kan hitta andrahandshyresgäst som vill bo på Solhemsstigen 4 från mitten av juni till mitten av augusti. Om hon hittar en, får hon tillstånd att inhysa denne/denna/dessa.
M1 litar till sin bloggläsekrets för att få hjälp.
Priset är högst agreabelt, på villkor att man vattnar MEMs blommor och eftersänder deras post. Lägenheten är en trea på 72 välplanerade kvadrat (fast vi kanske vill ha det lilla rummet avstängt för eget bruk), med fönster åt tre håll. I lägenheten finns möbler, på den stora balkongen finns en styck vit plaststol. Görsnabbt internet och mycket välutrustat kök ingår. Läget är bra, det tar 20 min till city och ut i den vackra skärgården kommer man på under en timme – med samma busskort.
