Author: SommarKrogen i Nyehusen ligger alldeles intill Martins Rökeri, 8 km söder om Åhus. Vi har funnits i 8 år och har efter hand utökat vår verksamhet med fler samarbetare. Vi serverar enkla rätter såsom mackor, tallrikar och sallader. Mycket på menyn består av rökt fisk som vi inhandlar av rökeriet bredvid.
Vi har öppet sommarmånaderna och öppnar helgerna i april, sedan dagligen i slutet av maj, hela juni, juli och augusti.Vi söker Dig som är Glad, Positiv, Serviceinriktad, Samarbetsvillig, Stresstålig, och Ambitiös.
Du som är redo att tillbringa sommaren i en fantastisk miljö och är flexibel dvs. kan tänka sig arbeta obekväma tider och rycka in när det behövs är välkommen att ansöka. För Dig är det självklart att kunna arbeta i team.
Du ska ha arbetslivserfarenhet av kallskänka eller som kock. Alternativt ska du ha kock- restaurangutbildning på minst gymnasienivå. Om du har ett genuint intresse av matlagning är det ett stort plus. Att behärska tyska och engelska är likaså ett stort plus.
Eftersom vi ligger benäget utanför “stan” så är det bra om du bor i trakterna el. har tillgång till bil, då det kan bli sena kvällar. Dock har bussförbindelse upprättats för i år.
