Author: Apropå det där med mannen och hushållet.
Jag är uppvuxen i en familj där mannen är lika given vid spisen eller diskbänken eller i tvättstugan som kvinnan. Och det är jag minsann stolt över. Mina bröder sorterar tvätt lika bra som jag och min syster, och laga mat både kan de och gör de. Så tycker jag att det ska vara. Jag vill inte ha en man som serverar barnen korv med bröd i två veckor om jag är borta. Hushållet kan inte stå och falla med en person.
Det handlar inte om att bara en mästerkock duger åt mig. Och det handlar inte om att man inte får dela upp arbetet som man vill. Men jag tycker att mannen liksom kvinnan ska kunna klara av det mest grundläggande. Det är en fråga om mognad. Att kunna klara sig själv. Och det är en fråga om arbetsvilja. “Jag kan inte” får inte bli en ursäkt för att slippa lära sig tråkiga men viktiga saker. Alla kan. Man ska bara lära sig. Det är som med teknik eller främmande språk: det är till att försöka.
