Stoppad av polisen

Author: I eftermiddags körde jag till Cazals för att posta brev och köpa bröd. I korsningen mitt i byn blev jag stoppad av en polis. Hjälp, tänkte jag. Har jag knäppt bältet, har jag mitt körkort, körde jag för fort?
Men han bara sa
-Goddag, får jag se Kort Grå (registreringsbeviset)?
Det fick han. Och körkortet med. Sen frågade han om jag var engelsk och jag sa att nej, jag är svensk. Är ni på semester, undrade han då. Nej, jag jobbar au pair, sa jag. Går det bra? Jo, det gör det. Jaha, tack då. Adjö. Ha en bra dag.
Och det var det.
